Not sure what you guys are trying to achieve with a Sen 6hr and a Jun 3hr. Some like just riding on their own and training for the XC series, now it just got a whole lot harder. Not really sure I want a Junior to be doing 3hrs. Good luck anyway.

Sounds like you're trying to cater for the more serious racer of which there are getting less and less in the central area. Long way to come for riders north of Taupo... Even in a team 3 hours is a long time for riders who aren't doing lots of riding and from what I've seen they are few living nearby. What are others thoughts?

Senior 6 hr will run on Saturday the 10th Nov and junior 3 hour will run on sunday the 11th Nov.

Been that way for the last 3 years. All rounds count toward overall, dicard your worse result for class standings. I wonder if bonus points should also be added to class results with all bonus points in the final points tally.

Just checked out the BRXC results & I see we are dropping a round ? When did this rule come in ?? Nothing about this in BRXC Rules and Regulations ???
Support BR and race all 5 rounds but end up dropping a round in points , fair ??

I see on the Bush Riders web site, it says theres a conference on in Cheviot on weekend of race and not much accommodation available, I called Cheviot Hotel/Motel and they have no bookings at all for that weekend yet and they are not aware of any conference. There is one in March which might be where the confusion lies. Could you please the your local guys know.

As this is the Final Round of the MNZ NZXC prizegiving will be held at the Waitawhiti Woolshed, a light meal will be served and a bar will serve light refreshments this is a fundraiser for the Eketahuna Womans Rugby Team so please support them.

I went to Bush riders round at Masterton to help. First XC I've been to for a while and I would like to congratulate the club for a well run day. It looked professional and well organised. Young guys stepping up and helping Teiana and the others. Well Done Bush Riders.
